Module 1 of this course is what will make a change for you and your present and future learning. We are starting with this module to give you a chance to apply what you learn to the rest of your exam preparation course and your exam day.
The objective of this module is to teach you some simple mind hacks that as simple daily practices make your learning more fun and effective
You'll learn how to get to the best level of mind of learning, that is an alpha level - the state of relaxed body but sharp mind. I'll teach you about creative visualization and how to take advantage of it for your needs and how to relax quickly in case you start getting nervous, with the use of box breathing technique.
