LanguageCert General Writing Test

In Module 4 of the course you'll learn everything about the Writing component of the test.

The Writing test consists of two tasks.

Part 1 is a shorter task of 100-150 words. In this task you will need to write a short review or a letter. In the task you'll be given 3 bullet points that you need to include in your answer.

Part 2 requires writing 150-200 words. You'll need to write an article, an essay, a letter or a story.

You will have 45 minutes to complete both tasks.

Both writing tasks are assessed by 4 criteria: task fulfillment, range and accuracy of grammar, range and accuracy of vocabulary and organization.
