Breathing and grounding techniques

Stress is an exam killer for many students. It's a little gremlin that has the power even over these who know it all for the exam, or maybe mostly over these students. But it has power over us if we let it and don't fight it back with the right weapon.

There are a few simple things you can do when you feel that gremlin is lifting its head. Among others these are breathing, like box breathing or x-2x inhale-exhale technique, or grounding techniques that help you to come back to your centre almost instantly.
