In IESOL C1 Writing test Part 2 you will need to write a longer writing piece, ranging between 250 and 300 words.

Most frequently the task asks you to write an essay or a form of a discursive composition, sometimes it may be also a letter with inclination towards informal style letters/emails.

In this part there's a lot of room for creativity and details that you're not suggested by the task itself. Hence, it's even more important to plan before you get down to writing.
