Box breathing

Box breathing is a breathing technique helping to lower the blood pressure and provide an instant sense of calm.

It involves inhaling to the count of 4, holding your breath to the count of 4, exhaling to the count of 4 and staying with no air in your lungs to the count of 4. Ideally you should repeat the cycle 4 times.

You can apply this technique anytime and anywhere, for instance, while waiting for your exam to start or during your exam. The best part of it is that it works immediately and you can even do it in the crowd of people with nobody knowing about it.
